Refund And Cancellation Policy

A 14-day Pro trial may be available once per account. The trial gives temporary Pro access and does not by itself create a payment. When the trial ends, Pro features may stop unless a paid plan is selected.

Paid Pro access starts after successful payment verification. The pricing page shows available plans, billing periods, and current prices before checkout. Access remains available for the paid period unless suspended for misuse or payment reversal.

You may contact us for help cancelling future renewal where renewal is enabled. Cancellation prevents future renewal where applicable, but it does not automatically refund a completed payment for an active paid period.

Payments are generally non-refundable once Pro access is activated. We may review refund requests for duplicate payment, failed or delayed activation, incorrect charge, unauthorized or disputed transaction, written exception, or where required by applicable law.

If payment succeeds but Pro is not activated, contact us with the account email, payment date, plan selected, and payment reference. We will verify the payment and either activate access or review the case for correction.
